Areas of responsibility: Planning, Organisation, Operations and Controlling of the entire sales areas including advertising and Public Relations. The Opera "The Tales of Hoffmann" was named the most successful production ever witnessed at the festival. During the same period in 1992/93 and based on the same number of performances, the number of visitors rose by 20,3 % to 8200 visitors and the takings from the sale of tickets rose by 41,1 %. A sensational 99 % of tickets were sold! Production expenses in 1993 only amounted to 80 % of the planned budget. |
